WHAT’S STARCYCLE ON DEMAND?

StarCycle on Demand is a dance party on a bike – from anywhere you are! The moment you hit play your StarCycle experience begins. No matter where you are, you’ll finish feeling better.


What Do I Need?

Our StarCycle On Demand Classes are just like the in-studio classes in either 30-minute or 45-minute options. You’ll need a stationary bike and hand weights, weights are optional. 


Can I gift StarCycle On Demand?

Yes! Simply buy a StarCycle® gift card for the current subscription amount and share it with your friends and family. 


Can I cast it to my Apple TV, ChromeCast or SmartTV?

Yes! Follow these steps to get your StarCycle On Demand experience on the big screen! 1) Ensure that both the Apple TV or Chromecast and iOS or Android device are on the same Wi-Fi network. 2) Tap the “Screen Mirroring” or “Cast to Device” button. 3) Select your Apple TV or Chromecast from the list. 


I’m experiencing issues casting to my Apple TV, ChromeCast or SmartTV.

Make sure to check the following settings on your device(s)

Updates: make sure your device and the browser you’re casting from is up to date.

Network: ensure your devices on the same wifi network as the Apple tv / Chromecast.

Hardware: try rebooting the device (phone and/or Apple TV / Chromecast) or try casting from another device.


My videos are freezing or not playing back properly, now what?

Ensure you have a stable and reliable internet connection with a minimum 25 mbps. To test your internet speed click here. Oftentimes resetting your wifi router will resolve this issue. 


Can I use my Livestream credits for StarCycle On Demand?

You need to purchase a streaming specific monthly membership for StarCycle On Demand to gain unlimited access to our online streaming platform.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your StarCycle click here.


I’m having a hard time logging in, what now?

First try to reset your password, if still unable to login try clearing your browser cache. If still unable to login click here to notify the StarCycle On Demand team, click here.


How do I cancel my subscription?

If you’d like to stop your recurring StarCycle On Demand membership click here to notify our team. Please allow up to 72hrs to process cancellations.
